cant attack this village, try again later

  Today after update I see this problem.It seems a bug or glitch. Our clan is in war and I couldn't use attacks in war.

 Supercell cannot find a solution, probably we will lose our clan war. The other annoying thing many clanmates have same problem. They cannot attack too. We will lose war because of Supercell.

 There is no explanation from Supercell, After latest update clash of clans has claim new changes about balancing game but they break down important thing.

 When you try to attack enemy base in war, it shows this error "cant attack this village, try again later"
